This holiday season I’m trying something new at the Creative Camps studio, that I loved doing when I lived in a neighborhood with an annual Art Walk: I’m opening to the public for a handful of days in November and December.

More than a classroom
You might not know that the Creative Camps headquarters also serves as my working art studio, where I paint custom house watercolors, oil portraits, and prep for murals all around Raleigh (see a few at megpaints.com). During Open Studios I’ll have three rooms of work to share - plus a hands-on craft table, vintage finds, guest makers on select dates, a raffle, and more…scroll for photos!
Because the studio is part of Tim’s and my home, the address will be emailed privately after booking a free spot. Signing up also gets you a goodie bag full of fun stuff and entry in the raffle to win a free custom home portrait.

There will be so much more at Open Studios than I can include in this post, so expect a few more updates in the coming weeks. Think guest maker announcements, new art kit features, gallery wall collection previews….
Different things will appear throughout the season, so feel free to come back more than once.
